Thio is a salt and is the reducing agent responsible for breaking the disulfide bonds in your hair. “Thio Based Perming Lotion” causes irritation to skin and eyes, burning, brows to be dry, damaged, and broken, and a strong chemical scent.

Our Thio-free perming lotion is Cysteamine based which is a gentle perming lotion that restructures internal bonds without damaging the hair. This formula is only used at Lucia Lash, has less chemicals, is more gentle on hair, keeps hair strength and health, is not available in the USA, and is made by only Japanese Manufactures. uses the “heat technique”. The heat will open the hair cuticle which will cause the keratin to penetrate into the lashes. Your lashes will then appear thicker and “plumped” with this technique.
