Customers always commented on how long their lashes last after coming to Lucia Lash compared to other lash salons. Because we are always looking to improve our skills, we have created a WATERPROOF eyelash extension application technique that can only be done at Lucia Lash.

We have also created a lash glue containing keratin that will help keep natural lashes healthy while wearing lash extensions. As a result, our brand has become very popular and have reached clients all over the world.

We have worked with celebrities and Victoria Secret models prepping for the VS Fashion Show. 

In addition, we have trained more than 500 students globally.  

Should I get

 Eyelash extensions or Lash lift?? 

Both eyelash extensions and lash lift are used to make the lashes longer and fuller. However, these treatments work differently.  

Eyelash extensions involve the bonding of individual lashes to your natural lashes with the help of an adhesive to make them look physically fuller and longer. 

A lash lift involves the natural curling and perming of your lashes to make them look longer and fuller.  

Keratin Lash Lift  STEP BY STEP:

Cysteine lift lotion SLOWLY raises the Ph of your lashes to gently restructure them without causing damage. Lashes are then able to be gently curled.

Plump Lash Lift

 (Japanese Keratin Lash Lift)

Plump Lash Lift is a lash lift treatment that made a big break in the world. It uses a hair-friendly, cosmetics-registered lift agent to replenish the inside of the hair follicles with “hydrolyzed keratin.” Hydrolyzed keratin supplements the keratin protein, so it creates a thickness in the natural lashes.

As a result, the name “Plump Lash Lift” was given. The curl is 1.5 times longer than other lash lifts and it won’t drop even if you sweat or get wet.

Step 1：Choosing the correct rod size is the most important step in the lash lift procedure

We use about 30 kinds of rods.

To obtain the perfect curl, your technician should know which lash rod creates your desired curl. We have the knowledge to choose the best rod and to answer any questions about lift designs.

Step 2：Apply Lash Lift Lotion

We use Thio-Free Japanese perming lotion, which is less damaging than regular perming lotion!

Traditionally, the most commonly-used ingredient in perming is thioglycolic acid (often referred to as “thio”). Thio is a salt and is the reducing agent responsible for breaking the disulfide bonds in your hair. Thio works great, but one of the main issues is that it has a very unpleasant odor. If you have ever had a perm, you remember the bad smell! Also, because of the very nature of perms, thio is damaging.

– Thio-Free Perming Lotion: Apply to lashes from the root and stop at the middle of the lash. Be careful to keep solution to hair area only. Cover lashes with cling wrap to ensure the hairs are fixed in an upright position.

Step 3：Apply Keratin Treatment

Keratin is a protective agent that’s found in many beauty products. It contains natural strengthening properties that can help enhance the health of your hair, skin, and nails. 

By applying the keratin solution to your eyelashes, you can get a longer-lasting result when your lashes are lifted and curled beautifully.

Step 4: Clean Off Solution

After leaving the solution on for your desired time, remove cling wrap. Remove the solution in an upwards motion using a cotton tip, leaving no residue. Once clean, you can also do lash tinting.

STEP 5：Done!

Lash Extensions

Most salons are only concerned about the outcome of the lash service, what they look like, and how long they will last. At Lucia Lash, we not only want to give you fabulous lashes, but we also want to keep your natural lashes strong and healthy by using our Keratin Lash Glue. Healthy natural lashes mean longer extension retention. 

Classic Lash Extensions

Classic is an eyelash technique that is carefully applied one by one. 

“I want my eyelashes to look natural. I don’t want them to be too dramatic.” 

If you have similar preferences, classic eyelash extensions are recommended for you.

It’s highly recommended to replace your eyelash extensions with a new set in every 2 month. We are not guaranteed your lash retention if you keep getting touch up all the time.

Single 1 week touch-up – 75 lashes

Single 2 week touch-up – 88 lashes

Single 3 week touch-up – 100 lashes

The salon 5-day free-fix policy is only applicable to a FULL SET OF LASH EXTENSIONS. TOUCH-UPS ARE NOT INCLUDED.

Hybrid Lash Extensions 

This is an eyelash technique that is said to be a miracle match. Hybrid uses the latest technique to identify the customer’s hair and carefully attaches double or triple the amount of lashes. The hair is soft to resemble natural lashes and will not weigh the natural lash down. Hybrid creates a special eyelash that appears to have tripled.

It’s highly recommended to replace your eyelash extensions with a new set in every 2 month. We are not guaranteed your lash retention if you keep getting touch up all the time.

Eyelashes for special occasions, such as parties. These lash extensions appear dark as if you are wearing false eyelashes, but are so natural that you do not know if you are wearing false eyelashes.

It’s highly recommended to replace your eyelash extensions with a new set in every 2 month.We are not guaranteed your lash retention if you keep getting touch up all the time.

Other Service Options:

Colored Lash Extensions – Additional $20 for all new or full sets of colored lash extensions. Additional $10 for all touch ups or partial lash extensions.

Lash Extension Removal (Old clients) – $20 (Only if the lash extension was provided by Lucia Lash/Brow, and if booked with another services). The price is $40 if booked only for a lash removal (Old and New Clients).

Our Handmade Fans:
If created correctly, these fans have the perfect amount of adhesive and will not be too heavy or damaging to the natural lash. They also “wrap” around a natural lash to create the best bond between the fan and natural lash, helping increase the retention time. When the lashes are wrapped properly, it provides a smoother experience for brushing through lashes as they will not get caught or stuck.

Pre-made fans (Not our salon):

Pre-made fans don’t provide as much flexibility to adapt to different lash textures, lengths, or strengths. Additionally, the artist doesn’t have control over the amount of adhesive that is already on the fan. By having to dip the volume fan a second time, there may be added weight to the lash. Without careful calibration on the part of the artist, the result could be a higher likelihood of lashes falling out due to a weak bond.

 Lash Extensions VS Lash Lift 

 After thoroughly reviewing the condition and lifestyle of each customer’s eyelashes, we will propose a design. Our proposal is tailored to each individual customer to avoid any discrepancies that may be different from your goal or that does not suit you. Rest assured, we aim to achieve your goal while prioritizing what is best for your eyelashes.  

Lucia Eyelash Extensions Aftercare

To care for your lashes, be sure to follow these general guidelines:

In the first 24 hours after getting your lashes done:

・Avoid hot showers or baths, as the steam can breakdown your lash adhesive.

・Avoid wearing eye makeup after your appointment.

Ongoing care tips:

・Keep lashes clean and free of dust and debris.

・Avoid oil-based skincare products, cleansers, and makeup removers as they cause the glue to breakdown faster. Use only oil-free products.

・Avoid oil-based eye makeup, particularly eyeliner. When removing eyeliner, use a cotton swab with oil-free makeup remover.

・Use care when applying eye makeup.

・Avoid applying additional mascara over your lash extensions, as this puts you at risk of losing lashes sooner than normal. Applying mascara will also clump the lashes together.

・Do not use an eyelash curler.

・Take additional care when washing your eye area. We recommend avoiding rubbing your eyes. When cleaning your eye are, use cotton pads or swabs to gently remove your makeup.

・Avoid putting your face directly into the shower stream; the water pressure may result in damage to your lashes.

・Sleep on your side or back and wear an eye mask with eye cavities to avoid pressing your lashes into the pillow.

・Brush out your lashes with a mascara wand (provided by your lash technician) at least once a day in the morning, especially after getting them wet. Do this carefully without tugging your lashes.

・Keep lashes away from direct heat such as ovens and blow dryers, as they can cause your lash extensions to sizzle on the ends.

Lash Fills and Removal

・If you come in for a fill please note that if more than 40% of the lashes are gone it will be considered a full set.

・Lash Fill should be done every 2-4 weeks depending on which style of lashes you have and the retention of the lashes.

・The average person loses about 5 lashes per day naturally during a normal lash cycle, so do not be alarmed as this is normal.

・Please come in for removals. Do not attempt to remove your lashes at home. It is a quick and painless procedure when done professionally, and keeps the integrity of your natural lashes.
