CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important, and are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Your appointments are very important and are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. — 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY- Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. WE WILL ONLY WAIVE THE CANCELLATION FEE DUE TO MEDICAL REASONS WITH A DOCTOR’S NOTE (ONLY THREE EXCEPTIONS IN A YEAR). After three times submitting a doctor’s note in a year, WE HAVE TO GET 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS FOR FUTURE APPOINTMENTS. –“NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. CONFIRMATION CALLS

As a courtesy, we will email and confirm your service appointments two business day prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

LASH EXTENSION REACTION POLICY 

The results may vary with each individual; sometimes, even if you didn’t have any reactions before, you might have one now. Swelling, redness, or irritation will always subside after 72 hours. Typically, symptoms begin to show around 24 hours after the service has been done. We recommend antihistamines to reduce irritation + inflammation. Usually, we recommend Benadryl, Zyrtec, etc. These over-the-counter medications can help reduce symptoms such as swelling, itchiness, and irritation.
However, you have to remember that we are NOT medical professionals; we’re only lash artists. So, we are not giving prescriptions, only recommendations.

WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND SERVICES DUE TO REACTION since it is unpredictable.

    To ensure the best possible experience for all our clients, we would like to inform you of our salon’s “No Refund” policy regarding provided services.

    We are dedicated to delivering top-notch salon services and making sure you leave feeling fabulous. If you are not completely satisfied with the service provided, we offer the following alternatives:

    1. **FREE FIX:** If you have any concerns about the service you received, please inform us within 5 days from the date of your appointment. We will be happy to address and correct any issues with the same service provider at no additional cost.

    2. **STORE CREDIT:** In cases where a satisfactory resolution cannot be achieved through a free fix, we will provide you with a store credit that can be used for future services with the same service provider.

    5-DAY FREE-FIX POLICY 

    If, in any case, you are not satisfied with the results, you MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 5 DAYS from the date of your appointment by sending us a text message at the respective phone numbers at the locations stated below or sending us an email to our official business email at lucialashny@gmail.com WITH ATTACHED PHOTOS of your lashes/eyebrows.

    ALL FREE FIXES MUST BE WITH THE SAME TECHNICIAN WHO PROVIDES THE SERVICE.

    For Lash Extensions, the 5-day free-fix policy is ONLY APPLICABLE TO A FULL SET OF LASH EXTENSIONS. TOUCH-UPS ARE NOT INCLUDED.

    We can do a free fix if you lose 30% of your lashes within 5 days from the date you received the lash extensions or it shows unevenness. You have to notify the management first before coming in because we don’t accept walk ins, WE ARE BY APPOINTMENTS ONLY. If in any case you stop by at our location without notice, that is considered a one week touch up and that depends on the technician’s availability.
